Every other rental site asks your budget first. In Thailand the question that decides your lease, your deposit and your tax residence is which visa you hold. We never ask your nationality and we never store your answers, because we do not need them and collecting them would only put you at risk.

Nobody publishes what a square metre of Hua Hin actually rents for. Not the portals, not the agents, not the government. So we do. Median asking rent per square metre per month, by area, computed live from everything we have indexed. Asking prices are not achieved rents, and we say so.

The supply side of this market is opaque and always has been. So publish the demand instead. Post your dates, your budget and the two or three things that actually matter to you, and the people with empty apartments come to you. We never ask your visa status, nationality or passport.
The Season Exchange
Hua Hin's real problem is not price, it is the calendar. Owners want European money from November to March and sit empty from April to October, while remote workers and Bangkok renters are flexible about exactly those months. Nobody has put the two calendars on one screen before.
